We couldn't uhh... keep the posts. Neo's fault :D
It would take a few hours to import, plus a few thousand would be missing. Not only that, some threads would not have any posts and crap. Its easier all around just to start from scratch. Well, semi-scratch. Posts are gone, the rest is intact.
You will need to select your avatar again. Neo's bad again :D
It's my bad because I wouldn't know how the f*ck to do it anyway. :D

I can try to put them on to a CD-ROM, but then only I would have them..
Well I have a backup of our old database, all 70+ megs of it. I dunno how easy or hard it is to just scroll through the files. The messages are there, it's just a question of how much effort you want to put out to be able to view them. :p

Yugi - sure, it's actually really easy.
1) At the top of the page, click on PROFILE
2) Then click on EDIT OPTIONS
3) Scroll all the way down and click on CHANGE AVATAR (it will say thanks for chaning your profile, but don't worry - it's moving you to the page)
4) Once that page loads, also scroll down to the bottom. You MUST CHECK YES:

5) Then, if you have a avatar stored on your computer, you can click browse, select where the file is (100x100 is max size) or you can put one up from the internet.
6) Click SUBMIT MODIFICATIONS and you're all set.
