View Full Version : Memorable Work Stories
Interesting case at my work today (I'm interning at the DA's Office). I was reviewing case files for a man, in his early 60s, who was recently charged by the prosecutor I'm working with. The man would enter adult chat rooms and talk with persons (working for the police department) whom would pose as underage girls. He did this frequently while at work, in his office, with his door closed. He would masturbate via his webcam (again, at work, in his office) and ejaculate over his desk.
I can share this information because the State Department of Justice is releasing a press release on him in a few days.
Any other good stories?

When I worked at a daycare center tutoring kids, they'd like to touch my hair because it was "poofy." When I finally refused to let them play with it one of the girls (about fifth grade) threatened to tell her mom that I touched her if I didn't let her keep playing with it. I cut off my hair the next day. Neeevvverrr working with kids again.

So at an old job I worked it, it dealt with calling offenders on GPS or Alcohol Monitoring if necessary to ensure they stay compliant if a violation comes across. One night a person on Alcohol Monitoring fails their test. So per agency rules, we page and htey call us back.
They have us reinsert. At that point it comes back with a static'y picture (usually due to phone line issue) so she has us reinsert the call again for the test. It comes back bad again. So she (officer) goes out to check it out, and he's already killed himself.
He killed himself before the 2 reinserts. Still no clue to this day who or what took those tests because he was dead already....

I've shared most of my work stories as they happened so I got nothing to add, I guess.

If there is a Tornado Warning and is confirmed on the ground heading for your town, don't call your mortgage company...seriously. Baffles me why she did today.

Ah, kids. Reminds me of the South Park molestation episode.
I would have called the girl's bluff and informed my supervisor and then told the mother about the threat. Enforcing that behavior is bad times...there was a video online a few weeks ago about a cab driver who got accused of rape by 4 female riders (who were smoking in the cab and being bitches). The cab video proved he was innocent, but when he spoke to the police officers the cops said the girls wouldn't get in any trouble (mind you these were 4 ladies in their 20s). So the cab driver is suing the 4 bitches for defamation. He said in an interview how his life would be ruined, his name ruined, his job ruined, his marriage compromised if he didn't have that video proving his innocence. I mean that's some fucked up shit, 4 girls cry "rape" because they were upset because the cab driver asked them to get out for smoking, they didn't pay the fare, and the girls don't even get into trouble unless the guy sues them.
So yeah. Next time slap that girl and call her bluff.

Well, my work stories usually involve sex... damn teenage boys.
Anyhow, I do wake ups in the morning when work overnights, but also have to do medication and paperwork.
So one of my co-workers went to wake up some dude. She calls me over after a minute.
And while she is talking to the kid, you can see that he is trying to do... the early morning under the sheet jerk. And she just points this out to me. I walk away, and wonder if people never realize that the sheets move up and down with their hands. :lolz:
