Discuss this truly epic film. Which is currently bumped to the top of my queue in a very long wait :(

When they first showed the people on the plane I was confused as hell. Why would people be freakin out on a plane?

Then it showed the plane exploding, so I paused the video and saw what looked like either another plane or a giant shark colliding with it.

Then the end answers all questions

I wish more people shared my love for shitty but fun movies.

I own this movie. With such memorable quotes like:

"THE HOUSE SHOT HER! THIS IS INSANE!"

"SHUT UP DAN!"
*dan falls off boat*
"DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN"

also a propane tank explodes and flies in a prefect arc over one house and into an open window of another.

:lolz:

Wait a minute, is that THE Deborah Gibson?? AKA Debbie 'shake your love' Gibson?
And it's too bad most of the movie is underwater, I hate underwater scenes.

Oh my word... that film looks like one of the biggest piles of cheese I have ever seen. I do however like these types of film, all the bits that are ment to be scary make me laugh.

That shark is clearly modeled on a great white. But if it were pre-historic it would be one of the GW's distant ancestors the Charcaradon Megaladon. Fossilised remains of which are rare and...

Yeah, annnnnnnyway before I go off on one and start being all pedantic.

I will probably watch this film, at least once anyway.

Weren't most of these "Sci-Fi Orginals" at some points. These kind flicks are always on weekend on the Sci-Fi channel. If the Sci-fi channel was smart, it would hire the Mystery Science Theater 3000 guys to do commentary over the movies instead of just showing them.

Ric, the movie Danny linked is from another movie, Shark Attack 3. It looks terrible...

The shark vs octopus one looks better.

I was hoping that with the last of my free exchanges at Blockbuster before my 6 month free trial expired, that they would have it on hand to rent. No luck though :( Now to just wait and hope Netflix gets it in soon.

So I finally got to see this film. Some cheesy bits but it tried too hard to be serious. Though it weirdly enough had some political bits too (2 obvious, 1 not blatantly obvious but easy to spot)
