Just wondering what people's thoughts are on this series. Rockets have been my team since before I can remember, but realistically I didn't expect for the series to go this far. With Yao and Mcgrady injured (and mutumbo), they've managed to push the lakers to a 7 game series.
Lakers have.. no excuses. haha
I don't really expect rockets to win game 7... but I sure as hell want them to win.

Yeah, I'm definitely pulling for the Rockets here. I counted them out big time after Yao went down, but they've really surprised me. I've really liked how Brooks has played and I've started to love Ron Artest as well. The man may be deranged, but he's actually very well spoken and correct about a lot of what he says. Anyway, I've always had issues with the Lakers, starting with Kobe, mainly because they beat the Sixers a few years ago, so I never root for them.
Anyway, I hope the Rockets and Magic pull it off Sunday, but overall, go Nuggets! I'd like to see Denver win it all, or Cleveland. I respect Cleveland's championship drought as a city, we just went through it in Philly, but Lebron bugs me still.

Wow, people besides Houstonians like the Rockets?
But seriously, I am loving this series as much as I am surprised they're still in it. Yeah, the Lakers will likely win game 7, but the Rockets' unsung heroes have proven to the anyone watching how much talent they really have, but proving it most of all to themselves. If they can win like this without their two star players, and now that they see what they're capable of, then hopefully they translate that into a unstoppable force next season.
But most hopefully, they move on to the third round. How amazing would that be?
P.S. I actually remember now that you're a fan of the Rockets, BigJW. How did you come to be a fan of theirs again?
