Unrealistic and silly fantasies

For fun, how about we post silly and unrealistic fantasies, nothing sexual please, just things for fun. Here's three of mine:


1. A silly little fantasy i've always had, is to have my own place, a bar or a shop, and tell someone to leave. Just the opportunity to command complete unquestioned authority. If in a bar, even the electrical equipment would be aware, and at the moment someone does something wrong or someone you don't approve enters, the music stops, and everyone becomes silent. Then in the ultimate disproving sombre voice i say 'Get out of my pub' (in non posh slightly farmerish English accent). If it was a shop, the trouble makers would probably be kids, and which point i would say 'This nippers a right rascal, get out of my shop'. I used to this to an old house mate of mine, he found it most amusing, walking away from me laughing.


2. Rob a bank. Obviously i would never actually do this, but there have a number of occasions when i have joked with different people about robbing banks, some times being quite meticulous about the process.


3. Best of all
To legally have the right to sicky's, i mean days you just can't be bothered to work and decide to phone in pretending to be sick. I think most people in develop countries have done this at least a couple of times in there lives (with exception of Japan). Every working person would have a certain annual sicky allowance (distinguished from real sick days).

An extension from from the above, part of or seperate from, my personal favorite.

Zelda days
Thats right, when a new Zelda game is released (not spin offs like crossbow training), those who purchase said game have the right to days of work. It could go something like this:

On your lunch break at work, you head into town and buy the next (and proper) Wii Zelda game. At the end of work you go to say goodbye to your boss.
"Oh, you brought that new Zelda game today"
"Yea"
"I suppose you want the next three days off work"
"...oh...of course, it is my legal right"

Eh, I've always wanted to be part of a Zombie Apocalypse. Of course, not really...but I sure would settle for a good MMORPG.

I've decided that if I had super powers I would mostly only use them for evil....like super vision, would just check out chicks through clothing...super speed...well same thing. I'd be KG the Pervertman or something much cooler than that name.

I think my ultimate fantasy would be going back in time with the wisdom and knowledge I have now...it would be a lot of fun using applied psychology in arguments from back in grade school. Heck, it works in my life now arguing with people in my age group...some people never learn.

I've also always wanted to live in an ultimate tree house, but I will live this dream vicariously through my future child :p.

Now three fantasies, here goes.

1. Legalise It! Thats right, go the way of Holland and fully legalise cannibis. (Angrist will have something to say about this) I am not really a drinker and I truly hate peoples misconceptions about cannibis. It is ok to wreck your liver and spend rediculous amounts of money getting pissed out of you face, but I am frowned upon for having a smoke. At least I can laugh at you passed out in the street later in the evening while I spark one up and stroll home.

2. Steal The Isle Of Wight - Where I come from, I would like to take it from the British and make it into my own country. I will be supreme dictator, King. Protected by the devine right of the Ric, meaning I can do whatever I like. It will be the law to grow cannibis and smoke it every day. I will have a hareem of women, 3 for every day of the week. I would open a colusseum and have gladiator battles and 'see if you can survive the hungry tiger' days. The winners prize would be to then see if he can survive the hungry lions :lol:
I would turn one of the towns 'Ventnor' where the people with 6 toes come from in to a giant paint ball park. With paint shooting tanks, paint landmines, paint nukes... paint everything, it will be the best paintball park in the world.

I could go on all day about this one.

3. Teleportation or as I prefer 'Instant Traslocation' ( DBZ : Goku ;) ) Need I say much about this one. Imagine the possibilities. The things you could see, the places you could go, the women you could perv on. It would be great.

I have hundreds more ideas, but I will leave room for others to have their say.

To be the Captain of some sort of space frigate. Like In Amber Clad or The Spirit
of Fire from Halo.

Anyway, I fantasize about winning the lottery. I guess that's a pretty basic one, but I play a $5 Power Ball ticket every once in a while with hopes of a $100 million + jackpot and think about what I might do with it. It never gets too far because inevitably I don't match any numbers, but thinking about being rich is fun.

I'm not really sure what you want to hear, but this is what I dreamed tonight.

There were zombies in my town. We cut some of them in half.
One beheaded zombie lay in a pool of water... which wasn't normal water. It was some kind of 'water of life' and it gave life to a weird kind of plant. The plant in its turn took control of the zombie body. It reattached the head to the body, but with a distance between, so it had a long neck of twines. It prolonged the legs with twines. Oh and also the hands.

It looked awesome. I'm trying to draw it, but I bet Danny would do a better job.

I agree with zombie invasion. The smartest of and cold hearted of your friends would survive though. Anyone who didn't simply couldn't handle it and DESERVED TO DIE.

A post apocalyptic zombie infested world would be pretty neat. I imagine everything would be okay except for the smell. I've always been curious if sex with a zombie would turn you into a zombie as well.

Anyway...

I've also dreamed that everybody had hidden powers, they just didn't know how to unlock them. That the world was one giant RPG waiting to happen. It's fun to imagine what class you would be and how well you would do. A world filled with wizards and thieves, warriors and monks, druids and healers. Or perhaps something like the x-men, something with a little science (if even just a tiny bit) behind it.

Well, I don't mind the Zelda fantasy per say, but most jobs or at least the ones I've had/interviewed for give you Personal Days/Holidays, which are days you can use for any reason. Why couldn't you just use those to make your Zelda national holiday?

I would love to be in a zombie invasion, though curious if anyone has the stomach to actually shoot their friend if they were to convert.

Surprisingly, I've never had any major superpower fantasies.

I've always wanted to be a spy though. You know sneaky, suspicious and cool.
Also invent something that would make me a lot of money. Not sure what though.

Ummm, let's see if I can pick out the less weird and embarrassing ones. A lot of them were during my first year of high school when a had a 2 mile walk each way and daydreamed a lot. Don't think I have any currently. Sadly I'm pretty grounded these days.

-Growing bat wings and flying around. The wings were of course a curse placed on me...or my dad was really a demon.

-Becoming a werewolf and fighting a werewolf hunter.

-Being a vampire/energy vampire.

-Having telekinesis. Spent a summer in middle school trying to bend spoons.

-Being a karate master pizza delivery boy with a motorcycle and meeting the ninja turtles. Around the time TMNT 2 came out of course.

-Being a superhero.

-Being a thief. Poor nocturnal college kid at my first university so would spend the nights running, scaling walls, breaking into lecture halls, and grifting the vending the machines. Did not translate to anything when came back to the city.

-Playing in the NBA

-Being a elf/goblin. Used to get told I looked like one or the other so would fantasize that my lineage went back to one of those races.

-Ability to freeze time. Going for 3am walks in the winter almost mimics that feeling.

-Being invisible.

-Having the world from Digimon be real and have my own digital monster....I was too into that show.

And probably many many more.

Oh, after weeks of playing Myth 2 (and other games that rely heavily on saving/loading), I had the impression that it didn't matter what I did, because I could always load an old save file. That thought was a bit scary to be honest.

5. That I was a vampire or immortal and could give that power to others.

To late Ric, i already have hundreds of children who call me King. Granted there Japanese kids, but i have some recognition dammit, now i just now to take my internationally recognised status and tell the Isle of Wight council.


Well, I don't mind the Zelda fantasy per say, but most jobs or at least the ones I've had/interviewed for give you Personal Days/Holidays, which are days you can use for any reason. Why couldn't you just use those to make your Zelda national holiday?


Holidays/Personal days require notice, sick days don't; if you're sick you phone in before work starts and tell them. Now a sicky/Zelda day is the same as a sick day, accept you're not sick, and you have an annual quota distingished from normal holidays.

Wow, thats an awesome fantasy. Though it's a 91 film, it feels like an 80's film. I'd love to live through all the great 80's films. So to build on your suggestion:

I have a similar dream, but with Scarlet Johanson, except it's not a fantasy; because it will happen, she will fall in love with me!

On the RPG idea, i've had the same idea. I imagine the most basic of actions can be leveled up in RPG fashion, through pure reptition. So you could imagine lets say Ric, standing in one spot outside his house, punching the same wall with his right fist repeatadly, day and night; it would be quite a straight forward perhaps even boring motion, finesse would not be necessary. Then when the time comes and you need a powerful right punch, you would call upon Ric, who would say "Just 12 more punches, then i will reach level 368!". Then you would take Ric to an argument down the road, where a rather large person is causing trouble. One simple straight forward punch would send the large person through several walls.

What if you found a glitch, like a way of making loads of money with just searching the same draw or corpse over and over again without leaving.
