Edit: I am having no problem listening to the music, the video seems to not do anyhing though, mabey its not a video. I have listened to this a couple of times now.

I am sorry to disapoint guys, but this isn't Bob Marley. I can understand why a lot of a people get it wrong, its a Nigerian Reggae artist called Majek Fashek, and he does sound a bit like Bob Marley.

There are actually quite a lot of Reggae covers of rock songs, including:
Green Days Good Ridance (time of your life)
Here's a slightly different reggae cover of Hotel California
