Anyone else get The Decemberists' new cd? I haven't listened long enough to it to give a full opinion quite yet.

One of the most amazing albums I've ever owned. The seamless track transitions add a whole different dimension to it.

Wow, I'll be honest, I enjoyed the Decemberist's first album, but I thought they were getting soft with their subsequent releases. I'm digging the rock opera vibe...and the Zeppelin vibes...and the prog rock vibes.

I'm glad you're enjoying the album. I think it's certainly quite an achievement in the history of rock operas... considering they mostly died after the 60s/70s.
