So seems like Nintendo has announced a time table for Wii Sports Resort, which at last word will come bundled with Wii Motion Plus.

Nintendo announced today that it is to release Wii Sports Resort this June in Japan, with North America, Europe and Australia launches following in July, putting an end to the wait for the sequel to one of the Wii's most successful games.

Wii Sports was the flag waver for the Wii's unique motion-sensing abilities, and in being bundled with every console it still proves one of the most popular games for the system.

Wii Sports Resort heralds the introduction of Wii MotionPlus, a peripheral that refines the motion sensing capabilities of the remote which we sampled at last year's E3.

Nintendo has confirmed the news, though details on pricing are still not forthcoming.

So July for us none Japanese folks, which is like everyone.

It better be good. I'll probably get WS Resort. I hope they also include M+ versions of the original Wii Sports.

There isn't really much that the original Wii Sports could really benefit from IMHO.

Isn't the first third-party game to use M+ going to be Red Steel 2 or some EA sports games?

EA Sports as i believe Grand Slam Tennis and Tiger Woods 2010 is out before July.

I wonder if WM+ will come earlier for those tennis games. It will suck pretty hard for EA if they have to wait a month and miss the tennis season...

Tonight I dreamed about WiiMotionPlus. My brother somehow already had a unit and had secretly attached it to a WiiMote. I found out the next day. I was excited, but there weren't any games that used it. Although it looked like Wii Sports worked a bit better with it.

Then I woke up to the cold hard real world. :(
