What do you do for fun?

Just want to take a survey of what you folks do on your time off...whether it be by yourself, with friends, with family, or with your significant other (I think you can leave off the obvious).

I guess it depends on the friends.

Some of my friends are settled down, married, kids and all that fun jazz. So its usually hanging out at their place, eating dinner, watching a movie and playing games.

Others are a bit more free, and its going out to dinner or the movies.

And of course drinking... with like anyone.

Oh and travelling. I enjoy meeting so many people.

By myself, it's music, video games, and men's fragrances. I'm up to 36 bottles now. I love raiding a store and smelling everything.

I'm temporarily living with friends in Fredericksburg,

So generally during the day I read or play DS.
At night we all hang out in the attic and watch movies, listen to music, and/or chit-chat. While beveraging.

When I'm back in Arlington, fun consists of going to my favorite bar by myself and being an alcoholic.
Which at least means I get really good deals on really good beer, since the bartender sees me there all the time and knows I worked down the street.

Lately I've been picking up cheap used GameCube games that I never got to play (Luigi's Mansion, WaveRace Blue Storm...).

I like to watch 1 episode of The Simpsons each day. I'm currently nearing the end of season 17. And a movie or two per week.

I read a good book from time to time.

With friends I either play games, music or go for a walk through nature. Oh I walk in nature by myself too.

I watch movies quite a lot, play computer games.

I cut down a bloody great tree with an Axe the other day, that was hard work but fun.

I am banned from all the pubs in my town so I dont drink much now.

Apart from that I like coming on here and debating with people.

Oh and I smoke weed... a whole fuck load of weed... in fact I am smoking a joint right now. Weed is good.

How about I say NO! I enjoy smoking but I admit it's not for some. You have to have the right mind set. I only get positive benefits from it.

I am banned coz some drunk person tried to glass me, in the face, literally for no reason other than he was drunk. I didnt even know the guy. I then smashed his face in, lots, made him look like a picasso. Before the police arrested me, no criminal charges were brought to me as I said I was in fear of my life and acting in self defence, the police agreed. The pubs still banned me though.

Wouldnt have happened if we was both smokin weed instead of drinking. A stoned guy would not try to kill you for no reason. It would be too much effort.

Some people should not smoke tho. It's not right for everyone. I joke with friends that those are the people that already had mental issues anyway. Of course they will be exhasibated by drugs, of any kind.

I put smokin weed a class below people that drink in fact. My opinion, drinkings worse, far worse.

I enjoy music, movies, gaming....obviously. Recently I've been getting back into reading comics, something I did more during high school when I had infinite free time because school was a joke.

I also love watches.....one day when I'm a millionaire I'll be able to afford all the watches I want. :lolz:

I'm also hoping to get a bike up to Chicago. I enjoy running/exercising for fun, and I'd really like to be able to bike.

Eh, not alot of fun on my end. Sporadic gaming anymore (getting old >.> ) which is still more often then some but not like I used to. Movies obviously are a big one. Trying to keep up with gym and wishing weather would stay warm so I can start bike riding again. Loooooove bike riding on a calm-5mph wind day in the 70-85 degree range.

With friends, mostly just games or a movie at this point with some cooking out. Not much fun on my end anymore with having to be more serious but eh, that's life.

I have quite a few things that I do for fun.

I am a cyclist, so I ride my bike, regardless of the weather, unless it's icy or too snowy. There is only a handful of stuff that I watch on tv anymore, such as shows on the discovery channel and the history channel, as well as some sports. I listen to a lot of music, classic rock predominantly. When I go home I will also play sax more often, because I'll have more free time not being at school. I do puzzles for fun as well, and my mom and sister like to do them with me. I like to go out on adventures when I'm bored, especially when it's somewhere that I have to hike a bit. Of course I play games from time to time, but very little anymore.
