I downloaded the first season at some point and never got around to watching it. I think I needed to see the prequel thingy.

Still have a 720p copy of Season 1 sitting waiting to be watched. Its on my to-watch list. I've found I like watching a season of a show once the season has completed so then I can watch a couple of episodes per sitting instead of waiting once a week. *shrugs* Just a preference.

Everyone tune in for Season 3 of Friday Night Lights this Friday too!

I'm totally psyched. I can hardly wait. I'll be watching a marathon of Season 4 tonight and tomorrow to get myself caught up again.

WE'RE ONLY A FEW HOURS AWAY!!!!

Questions I have:

Finding Earth was their only hope, so how will the discovery of it's ruin in the face of disaster and doom affect the fleet?

Whos is the last Cylon, but more importantly, what is the last's Cylon's purpose?

When is Adama going to flip out and start popping caps in bitches?

Why did Starbuck get so annoying?

ALL THESE AND MORE ANSWERED TONIGHT?

Best show on TV, and the best episode of any show I've seen all year. F**king awesome. That episode was just as brutal as it should have been. Can't wait for the revolution storyline.

***spoiler alert***

Seeing how Saul's wife is likely the 5th cylon, that means she's still alive. When Saul killed her on New Caprica the resurrection hub was still in tact, so she would have downloaded to a new body. Thats my guess.

***Continuing with spoilers...****

But... But... If That's the case then there were copies of her all over the Resurrection hub anyway. Why wouldn't the Cylon's have found her earlier? Seems like kind of an oversight or a plot convenience if that's the case.

I personally was not as pleased with the episode as you were. The acting was top notch, but I really thought the writing was lacking. And where is Ellen now? Does the Cabal have her? Are they just going to conveniently show up and screw the alliance over? Or did she resurrect on a stationary hub on Earth?

Why did Dee kill herself? Did she find the Jacks and think that she was a Cylon so she killed herself? Or was she pregnant? Or what the frack!? I really don't want to buy the idea that she just wanted to die happy. Because that's BS, and again, a plot convenience.

If Kara died, then how is she alive again? Unless that wasn't really her body, or any number of other very low probability answers, she had to have resurrected on Earth. Which ultimately means that she's a Cylon and that there's a resurrection station on Earth.

I realize everything will be revealed in time. But saving the riddle to the final cylon was until the very end of the episode just seemed a little tacky to me.

I have the same questions that you do, but I think they are good questions, not bad. At this point I'm trusting that the writers will have solid explanations.

Ellen - It makes sense that Cabal would hold Ellen, as they had tried to hide the final five the entire time. Also, the Cabal having Ellen leads to a direct final confrontation between the fleet and the Cabal cylons, which after 4 years of running has to happen anyway. Can you imagine Saul fighting to get his wife back, after he thought he KILLED HER, and now realizing they're both cylons? The redemption?? That is violence and action with meaning.

Dee - Throughout the episode you saw people almost ending it, and after all, that makes sense. I thought the writers showed restraint in ONLY having Dee kill herself after 4 years of running for their lives to a planet that is unihabitable. Also, remember that Earth was supposed to have MILLIONS of humans, and instead is empty and it had MILLIONS of CYLONS. The realization that not only are you hunted but also the last of your race has to be a heavy burden.

Kara - Well thats the big question, and in the end, THE question of the entire series. I've always had the feeling that the final solution lies with Kara's resurrection, and personally we've seen so much religious overtone in the series I'd be surprised if in the end she wasn't the semi-literal Christ figure.
