I don't expect the Ravens to win next week. Also, I foresee a Chargers upset. I expect Carolina to win, and Eagles vs. Giants? That should be fun.

Speaking of the Vikings, the NFC North is a running joke and has been for a few years now. Perhaps the NFL should have let the Lions play the Eagles. That would at least have been funny, and if the Lions won then everyone in Philly would feel like an ass and they would probably can McNabb.

Philly's defense is playing pretty good, and the Giants haven't been able to get the 3rd downs and big plays....if Philly wins...I will be happy. So far fun game.

Also, I really am curious to see who wins the Chargers game.

Professor S

Talk about a second half of defensive football... that might be the best half of football played by a defense... ever.

That and the offensive coaching by the Giants when down by two scores was simply mind boggling. They gave up on Manning in the second half of the game.

The Germanator

EAGLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES YES YES! I forgive you for the Bengals, Ravens, and Redskins games...I love you guys, especially the defense. You guys are the best.

KillerGremlin

McNabb is a cool guy, hopefully this takes some pressure off the Eagles organization for playing so shitty mid-season.

I really want to see the Steelers win because I like Big Ben, he's one of my favorite QBs in the league. They just tied it up 7-7, and it's snowing...doesn't get much better than that!

Holmes floored the game with that catch. That's every kid's dream. And props to big ben for executing that crazy pass into triple-coverage. That was a PERFECT throw.

It was an exciting game, but lots of penalties and a little dirty play.

Anyway, I thought it was very appropriate ending given that the Steelers won numerous games within the last few minutes during regular season.

Arizona really let me down. I wanted them to win, but damn, it's like the players were playing for the first time and didn't know the rules. Who gives away that many penalties!?

The final quarter was really good though.. I enjoy watching American football but I've never seen an exciting match as this one.

Krypton

in my opinion, Arizona should still be jubilant about their season, even if in the end they didn't win the big game, they still made it to the big game and overcame a lot of speculation, especially given how their past seasons have played out. hat's off to them, and the steelers.

I'm tired of the mfing AFC dominating the NFL.

I didn't have any expectations for Arizona, who played mostly a-little-above-average during the regular season.

But seriously, maybe NFC next year?

I won it last year, or the year before. I forget which, I just remember that I won.
But maybe you blocked that from your memory. ;)

Anyways, I don't remember replying on this, and I'm far too lazy to check, so I'll just say that it was a really good game. The first half was a little slow for my liking - being used to watching CFL - but the 4th quarter, especially the last 8 or so minutes were really good. I wanted the Steelers to win so bad, and when Arizona got that touchdown my brother (who wanted the Cards to win) was jumping all around trying to rub it in my face up until he got shut up royally.

All in all, good game. Especially the HD Springsteen crotch-slide.

Yeah, February is the dark ages of sports. I can get by with some college B-ball and some hockey, but it's pretty weak until baseball rolls around.
