So I'm re-watching The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray and the first encounter of Batman and The Joker (at the fundraiser for Harvey Dent) was pretty good. As it changes Joker's entire outlook on Batman for the rest of the film.

Then it got me thinking about some of the other good ones. Some that I thought of
-Die Hard when John meets Hans for the first time and he fakes that American accent.

-James Bond meets Red Grant in From Russia With Love. One of the best scenes in the franchise with those two on the train.

Sure there are popular ones like when Vader met Luke, but curious what others think.
