How do you get a picture of your avatar?

Go to Xbox.com and sign in. Then go to your profile and go "manage profile". Right click save as your avatar.

Is mine visible here or do I need to host it myself?

Preferably we should be hosting it on our own because they'll probably nuke external hotlinking by tomorrow.
