(can someone sticky this plz, kthx)

So...it's the end of week 2 in the 2008 Season of the NFL.
Week 1 was pretty crazy, and so was Week 2.

How 'bout them Colts. And those Broncos. And how about that Aaron Rodgers. And Brett Favre totally sucking this week.

Discuss.

I think I'll end my holdout of attending Packer games.

That lasted a while

I'm pleasantly surprised with the Eagles so far. I thought we'd be good, but I think we've looked very good so far. The Dallas game was a heart breaker, but also one of the most fun games to watch in recent years, so I'm not too disappointed. The Steelers will be another tough game, but I'm confident that the Eagles are at least a playoff team and possibly a division winner in the tough NFC East.

Try telling that to the new coach of the 'Skins.

Who do you guys think will win: Cowboys or Packers? Remember, at Lambeau.

I would so go to that game... too bad I'm in Madison.

It's a tough call...so far the Packers have played two crappy teams. I think Rodgers has the stuff to win the offensive game for Green Bay, but I wonder how your guys secondary will hold up against TO and Romo.

Woodson has a chance of shutting down TO. I really hope we don't put Harris on him. That will not go well.

I think I'd rather see another Manning win the Superbowl than watching Tony Romo and the Cowboys win.

I'm still on the fence with my Bears. Our offense sucks. Actually...our PASS game sucks. We have a good O-Line and run game this year. There was some fucked up play calling in the Panthers game, and Orton threw the ball a few too many times. But hey, I'm not a coach.

Our defense looks good...and then they look bad. However, my prediction for the NFC North is Packers, Bears, Vikings, Lions. I think it will be close between Green Bay and Chicago, and close between Minnesota and Detroit.

Anyone catch Brandon Marshall's performance on Sunday? That guy is a beast. He's one of those receivers that you can throw to on every play and he'll come up with it way more often than not.

Minny is a legit team, Detroit is nowhere near them.

I'm still holding out long-term hope for the Niners.
I've loved them since I was a little kid.
Sigh.

Go Eagles tonight! I'm following on ESPN Gamecast from Oxford, UK at 1:44 local time. If we got the proper channel in our hotel room I'd be able to watch the game. Too bad...

Skins beat the Cowboys at home; and not in some kind of lucky, sloppy sort of way.
I'm a happy camper.

Da Bears put the Eagles away, yay! Best part of the night was watching the D-Fence hold the Eagles at the 1 yard line.

Whadafuck Rodgers! Is he out with a shoulder injury??? Bond?

Seriously though, after 4 weeks of football it's still tough to hand pick the best teams.

Oh, and Favre had like 6 TDs with the Jets. Hot.

Rodgers is planning to play this week.

Bring Back Favre.

major drought in posting...but...

lions 0-6, looks like their season is over
green bay tied with chicago for first, should be an EXCITING game between the two teams

and how about New England prison-shower-ass-pounding Denver last night? Without Brady too.

All of a sudden the mighty Broncos look like a pretty average team (and i'm aware of the injuries). So far this season has been full of surprises....gotta love the NFL.

also, much respect to the Vikings. The Bears vs Vikings game on Sunday was an exciting blast to watch. That's some goooood rivalry.

Thank you Houston and Oakland. Eagles are alive!!!

41-3 now. LOL. This is the best game I've ever seen, seriously.

Tony Romo is so not an elite quarterback.

I'm still in awe of what happened yesterday. Its like the stars aligned for the Eagles or something. I expected Chicago to lose, as I think they were the worst 8 win team in the league (how they beat Green Bay the previous week boggles the mind). But how Tampa lost to the Raiders is an argument for Intelligent Design.

"Darwin's theory of evolution is all but proven!"
"But did you see the Tampa Bay/Raiders game on Sunday?"
"Oh shit, thats right. Darwin can suck my balls."

Tony Romo is so not an elite quarterback.

All you have to do is put one helmet on him and he falls apart and starts throwing wildly. His answers in the press conference werre hilarious, too. They didn't really reflect a sense of urgency on his part at all. "Hey, if we win the Super Bowl thats great, but being lousy is not half bad either!"

The Cowboys need to be torn apart and rebuilt.

Roy Williams crapped the bed, too.

the 12-4 Colts will be visitors against the 8-8 Chargers.

what a sack of crap that is...hopefully we can still pull off a victory.

Does anyone else detest Philip Rivers? I really don't get how some find him appealing.

It's halftime of the Eagles/Vikings game and I have no clue how the Eagles are winning 16-14. The playcalling is the worst I've seen since the middle of the season, and the defense is basically camped out on the field because the offense can't do anything and they're already getting run down.

Eagles shut down the Viking's run game. That seemed to be enough.
