This is the final part of the introduction arc. Basically, this will serve as a back story to what happened a year ago. I plan on expanding on it in due time, but for now it gives everyone a point of reference.

This would serve as the first job since they obtained the Combine soldiers from that lab. As they made their way to the destination, their hearts were filled with excitement for the worst while secretly hoping for the best.
Even though it was a low security facility, the Canadian Coalition knew that breaking into any G.A.M.E.S property would raise alarms quickly. They hoped everything would go off without a hitch, and that they would be in and out before the response team touched down. However in the back of their minds, they knew they wanted the response team there so that they could test out their new army.
There was very little in the facility to steal, but they only had one object in mind. The rest of the stuff they would blow up just to send a message to Bond.
They barely stepped across the boundary leading to the property when they heard an alarm go off. There was a collective and very audible "Fuck!" shouted by all 3 members.
-----------------------------------------------------
Crash shot out of bed like a bat out of hell. He had gotten so use to the calm and peace of this alarm that the alarm shook him heavily. He realized after arriving here that Bond reassigned him here because it would keep him off the field but still under G.A.M.E.S surveillance.
He knew in his heart that he was one of G.A.M.E.S top agents, but old age had slowly snuck up on him. There would be a minor accident here and there; and he understood why Bond took him off duty before there was a major accident. Bond also knew possessing the knowledge and skills that he could, it was next to impossible for Crash to return to civilian life. So as a way to remain active, he was moved to one of G.A.M.E.S remote bases. It had been 13 months now since the move.
After his heart stopped jumping out of his chest, Crash rolled out of bed. As he looked around the room, he spied in the corner a suit he had been working on. While it was still a prototype when it was done, it would allow him to have almost similar power levels. There were not many opportunities to test out his devices so now would be the day.
He began to put on his armour.

They had gotten to their destination without too much resistance. Dylfon began to plant explosive charges around the lab while Dyne searched for the object of their desire. Typhoid however was busy raiding the storage pantry and trying out anything that looked edible.
As he walked out the pantry carrying what appeared to be a week's worth of food, a huge bulking mass of metal came bursting through the far wall.
"Stop right where you are you heinous criminals!" Crash spoke in his most heroic voice.
"Judging by that ridiculous costume..." Dylfon started.
"And that even worse speech...."Dyne continued.
"You must be Crash." Typhoid finished after gulping down a pie.
"You are correct, but you will have time enough to curse my name behind bars you fool swine!"
"This is just took hooky," Dylfon laughed, "no wonder they put you out to pasture old man."
"It is you three who will be put out to pasture," Crash responded, "have at you!"
"Look around you old man, we outnumber you 3 to 1." Typhoid pointed out.
"That may be true, but I can handle three sinister evil doers."
Dyne began a manically laugh, "You assumed we would keep it 3 to 1!" as he said those words dozens of soldiers began to flood in the front door. As Crash was taking in his new surroundings, Dyne found the object they were searching for and quickly pocketed it.
"We will said you a thank you card for making our escape easier." Dylfon said as the Coalition climbed into the hole Crash had created. As they made their exist, Crash was flooded by Combine soldiers.
--------------------------------------------------------------
The light was fading over the G.A.M.E.S lab when they made it outside.
"I'll take it since we weren't followed by that old fool that those Combine soldiers are working out well." Dyne observed.
Dylfon pulled something out of his pocket, "Too bad we are going to have to destroy this batch." He pressed the button and the explosive charges detonated.
The three men stood in awe at what they had just accomplished. The base was exploding in an array of colors. It was a new beginning.
As they took in the sights and sounds, they noticed a huge piece of metal came flying out of the base. It shot overhead as they tried to keep it in view. It landed a few yards behind them. They all rushed over to see what it was.
"I guess crash means something else now." Dylfon laughed at his own comment.
"Let's go make sure this hero is dead." Dyne ordered.
They walked over to the spot where the metal object had landed. They were surprised to see Crash getting to his feet.
"I have to give it you old man, you got guts. But I think its time you head to a permanent retirement." Dylfon and Dyne closed the gap between themselves and Crash.
Typhoid put down what was now a two day stock of food, and rushed past his partners. "I think I will handle this one!" he shouted back, "there's something I've been dying to know."
He rushed over to Crash and whispered into his ear, "I heard that a human can survive for exactly 13 seconds after their heart has been removed," Typhoid began to drill a hole into [b]Crash's chest with his fingers, "let's see if I am fast enough to make it back here before you die!" Typhoid ripped the heart out of Crash' chest. He examined it only for a millisecond.
One second... The Edmonton Mall.
Two seconds... The Statue of Liberty
Three seconds... Water.
Four Seconds... Big Ben.
Five Seconds... The Eiffel Tower
Six Seconds... The Roman Coliseum
Seven Seconds... The Alps
Eight seconds... The Great Wall of China
Nine seconds... Water.
Ten seconds... Downtown Tokyo.
Eleven seconds... water.
Twelve seconds... Alaskan coast.
Thirteen seconds... Crash's final grasp as he dies.
Typhoid tossed up the heart in celebration, "I guess I could!"
He held up the heart as a trophy for the other two to see. The Coalition had drawn first blood.
