Not really 'illegal' since the demo is free (the crippled one at least). Others have said it is legit based on Youtube postings of their hideous creations. So go get it!

I'm not contesting the removal of those pictures.

I know what they looked like. But they weren't. They were creature designs from a legitimate game. And I would have ZERO problems explaining that to some asshat employer in any workplace.

Second I made a little effort but it wasn't panned out too much since I made it quicker since friend was having a problem after making a second one so I had to make sure I didn't have it either.

I really do like the sounds the insect mouths make. It sort of bothers me that you can't make a true invertebrate in the game. Sure you can have a lot of the morphological features of one...but no matter what, it has a backbone so is always a vertebrate. *sigh*

Acebot has the full Creator? Nice. :) I can see you can do so much more with that...

It's only $7, I'm considering it. But I don't think I'll get the full game... And $7 just to make some creatures and see them walk around isn't worth it.

Holy. Crap. I just downloaded the free trial last night, this thing is amazing. I'm seriously considering buying the full thing, but it should really be free too. It seems odd to charge gamers for it, when just giving them the full thing would make them so much more excited.

I remember hearing about this game years ago, but I haven't thought about it since. It's amazing how intuitive and easy designing creatures is. I can't wait to buy this game when it comes out.
