I just started using Kongregate a couple months ago, and I love it. It's like all the best flash games that you find scattered around the internet all compiled into one place, with an incentive to play them, and achievements that I actually care about getting! Getting badges (http://www.kongregate.com/badges) is what keeps me coming back.
Now, onto the best, most addicting flash game I've ever played.. Dolphin Olympics 2 (http://www.kongregate.com/games/arawkins/dolphin-olympics-2). It's so simple, yet so addicting. Try it out, even if you don't feel like signing up for the site. My personal best is 1,525,956, but I know that I could do better than that. :p
