The first battle was intense. In the end, it could've been either man's game. Fortune was on my side.

Game 2. BlueFire annihilates me. I stood no chance.

I sold it when I sold my last Wii! (I needed a new HDTV) And now here I am with new Wii, totally regretting selling Brawl. It's ok though, I'll be picking it up again soon.

I wish there was some way to communicate get rid of Ike like I was trying to do in the first game, but you KOed me. Then he came back from 2-1 with so much damage!

The second match had no conclusive proof because the damn lag was killer. Though me killing myself with the suicide Final Smash was awesome. :lol:

It's GOT to be my son of a bitch brother playing WoW / using Ventrilo at the same time. I played last night and it was lag free!

Also, when you're playing with me, please pick the smaller stages. One the Wario Ware stage, I had no lag at all.

I seriously doubt its any of us causing the lag. After extensive play and testing, it almost HAS to be Nintendo's servers. Nothing else makes sense really. I was playing last night in random battles with almost no lag whatsoever, and today me and Penguin played with little lag, then Aladuf joined and there was a ton of lag. But I doubt it was Aladufs fault. Its so hit or miss that it has to be the servers.

It's mind-boggling though. I was the host, yet I was getting lag when neither BaB or Aladuf were. Something's definitely screwy. It's unfortunate that it makes it so unfun.

GameMaster, BaB and I had a bunch of matches and the lag was minimal... and that's funny.. seeing as I'm in Miami, GM in Cali, BaB in NYC.. but then I had a match with someone who lived a couple of neighborhoods away and it was full of lag.

...Oh, Nintendo.

I don't care for the Wiimote/ Wiimote nunchuck set up at all.

Really? I find the Wiimote/nunchuk setup the most intuitive. With the cube controller, I would always go for the c-stick for smashing.

:lolz: Maybe I should give the Wiimote/nunchuck set up another try (haven't tried since launch day) because I tend to get very..."comfortable" using the c-stick sometimes :(

Counting down the minutes, eh? :) If I hadn't bought Mario Kart recently (and Zack and Wiki right after that) I'd be pretty excited about it. But right now I'll have to wait a bit to buy it. Especially with my cousin going to the UK - I'll probably ask for an Xbox game..

I always used C-smashes. I never read anything about the game so it wouldn't be spoiled, but I never even got to know the control styles.. I was thinking about using wiimote-nunchuk but I guess it's going to be hard. I'm dissapointed :(

Why is it going to be hard? Xantar loves that setup. You've got everything you need, if you map jumping to D-pad-down. Except C-smashes...

I used to be pretty excited 4 months ago. Now I've almost forgotten about the game. I mean, you HAVE to, if you have to wait that long. But the hype is slowly coming back.
