So if you read my previous blog, you know that I started up Final Fantasy 7 for the first time ever with intentions of moving on to Chrono Cross next. I get the feeling that I'm almost at the end of the first disc of FF7. I have just over 13 gameplay hours as noted by my saved game file, so maybe that's near the end of the first disc?

So far, I like the game very much. I don't like that the battle doesn't pause while you're trying to find an item that you want to use. Is there a way to change that? I'm getting used to the blocky characters. I complained about it last weekend but you get used to it pretty quickly.

However, I'm getting into the situation again of having too many games to play. I bought Crysis at Circuit City last weekend because it was only $20 and I always wanted to play that. Then today, I bought Mass Effect (PC) at Best Buy because it was $40 and I've been looking forward to that game on PC for quite some time now.

And believe it or not, I've started up Oblivion again. I've already played through it 4 times. This time I'm going pure Ranger-type character specializing only in Herbs, daggers, and Archery. So far, it's damn fun.

So I'm at a point again where I have so many games in progress that I just end up not knowing what to play and just watching TV instead.

This week, I'm going to try and put blinders on and only play FF7 until I beat that game. After that, my games will have to fight for my attention.

:lolz: So you recently bought Crysis AND Mass Effect but the first thing you're gonna play is FF7?! Nice!

I just got to Assault in Crysis last night. Pretty awesome. It's definitely a level to look forward to.

I know the feeling of having too many games. :( Sometimes it's hard to gauge what I feel like playing sometimes.

That's easy...
Not Rock nor scissor...
Not Peach nor Luigi....

Crysis was a sweet game, but once I got used to the controls in Half-Life 2, I couldn't go back to Crysis'.

How are the controls different at all?
