I don't want to choose.
I love them both.
Tea. Chai, Green, White, mmmmm.

I don't want to choose.
I love them both.
What he said. In the morning a need a cup of coffee, but I also have quite a collection of whole leaf teas that I like in the evening with a good graphic novel and a roaring fire.
Favorite Teas:
Formosa Oolong
Lapsang Suchong
Dragonwell
Hynson
Chai (my own blend, makes me feel like a Mage in WoW, lol)
and my favorite, Gunpowder Tea. Its hand rolled into little balls while picking and then steamed for a powerful green tea. High in flavor and caffeine.
Hmmm, looking back on my post, I will now say tea, but I still love coffee.
I don't really know how to drink hot beverages, I always burn my mouth and tongue when I drink these. I'm too impatient to wait it to cool down (and it doesn't even taste good when it cools down), so I always drink it when it's still hot. And that hurts. So I'd like to say neither.
But I like coffee a little more than tea - a mocha now and then makes me feel good and I also like a cappuccino with lots of sugar. But coffee makes me really gassy :)
Still, I say coffee - for enjoyment only though, never to kick-start myself.

I chose neither, because you didn't allow me to choose both.
I drink tea more often (Chai Green/Green/ Peach Green Chai) but when you're4 hungover and need to be alert for 8am, nothing's better than black coffee.
The coffee I have is usually South American, black. I never put anything in my coffee, unless I'm going to starbucks. Stuff in your coffee is for people who need extra tampons.

You really don't fully appreciate tea until you've had fresh tea. Frankly, whole leaf or not, fresh and well packaged (generally vacuum sealed) tea makes a world of difference. Then again, I'd say the same thing about coffee. I love my local coffee shop where I can watch them roasting the beans and there's a time as well as a date on every bag.
Between the two I don't think I really prefer one over the other. Black coffee in the morning and tea with just a touch of honey in the afternoon usually.

Tea. But mind you, my experience is very limited.
I've only tried Sobe Green Tea, Snapple Green Tea, and Arizona Apple Flavored Tea.
Those probably don't even count as 'real' teas.
I don't drink coffee.

I chose neither... But that's mostly just because coffee tastes like dirty water (and I'm man enough to survive a morning without the caffeine) and both the taste and smell of tea make me nauseous...

Tea, Long Island, Iced.
Other than that, I don't drink that trash.

The smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning is sheer bliss. Tea is great in the winter, but when summer rolls around I only drink tea as an afternoon coffee supplement because it has less caffeine. In the winter and fall months I'd give tea the upper hand, but for the rest of the year it's coffee all the way. That morning coffee smell...mmm
Got to go with tea here. Days I work don't feel right unless I have my tea. And coffee makes me gag. The taste and smell of it just......*shudders*

The key is what he put the "ier" on. He put it on the "healthier" not the "tastier".

I'd say coffee overall because I enjoy it both hot and iced, but I really love a good RTD (ready to drink) botted iced tea like Honest Tea, Sweet Leaf, Inkos, Teany, etc. All lightly sweetened and perfect.

I don't like coffee, every time I tried it, it was too bitter. Hot water with a weird bitter taste, no thanks.
Now I sometimes drink it, when there's no tea, or when I think I need the caffeine.
But tea on the other hand..... so many options!
