This is inspired by the post that Strangler made in the Halo thread about the importance of music in games.

In a hope to prolong these threads for more activities.
This thread shall be dedicated to the music of the introduction/title screen.

This is the music that hits you when you first fire up the game.

The music may simple and cheerful like in Mario.

OMGOMGOMOGMG Sonic! The first vid brings back so many memories. I remember being at a computer shop (gamesmen) seeing the megadrive and looking @ that controller thinking "wow it's so big" and then wanting to hold it.....kinda like my sex life. Anyways then I saw the colour, and i was like "get fucked". Yeh......good times

And for some reason, Shadowgate's (NES) music makes me really nostalgic... Maybe not so much the actual title song, but the song on the first screen of the game mos def, and most of the others that follow... They've stuck with me through all the years...

A lot of the Castlevania songs... and FF6 boss battle theme! I can't find it on Youtube..
