So I decided to buy Madden 08 this year, thinking it was a better title from EA, but no. The game has several glitches and my copy freezes around every half hour. And it's not my 360, as it doesn't freeze during any other game except for this wonderful title from EA.

The first releases usually have bugs, it has nothing to do with it being EA, so get the carrot out of your ass.
I'm sick of people not being able to grow up and constantly talking shit about EA, and playstation, it makes the forum look really lame.

When I bought ESPN's NHL 2k6, I got one of the original copies, in which EVERY copy that was first released, froze if you won the stanley cup.


EA sabotaged them!

There's no excuse at all for that. Very lazy programming....or rush to release

The way you make it out, is as if no game before in the history of releases has ever had glitches, or that every EA game always does.

I have nothing against EA. In fact, I like EA Sports a lot more now that Peter Moore is running it, but I have problem with them releasing a game that freezes every half-hour.

But for the record. I own Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2, and I have never or very rarely experienced anything that has detracted from my enjoyment of the game.

The Battlefield series is published by EA, which is why the dude was ranting about it at the end of his video, which is why I commented on it.

As far as QA goes, that's really unacceptable. I can't imagine what the PS3 version would be like, either.

It indeed was published by EA...I have noticed that a lot of the games that EA publish but don't actually develop are decent. But...the ones that EA develop...mehhh

but seriously, everything that EA has touched (published or developed) someone has done better...and I'm talking sports, FPSs, racing games...you name it.

EA is the Time Warner of video games, they make a lot of average and sub par games with a few gems here and there, and they market and monopolize like crazy.

I realize that it's not this simple. But when you already have last year's game (Madden 07), and it's basically the same game, how hard can it be to make Madden 08. And this kind of stuff still happens?
