Will Killzone 2 Deliver?

Anyone remember Killzone 2 (http://www.gametavern.net/forums/showthread.php?t=12071&highlight=Killzone) from E3 two years ago? Remember how that video was supposed to represent actual gameplay?

Well, Killzone 2 will be playable at E3 this year (which is from July 11-13). Anyone think it will actually look like that?

Maybe it comes close graphics-wise, but the gameplay is just different from that demo movie, so it will feel less impressive.

Well the demo was heavily scripted so the actual game is not likely to play as cool as that, but in terms of graphics it's very possible it'll look about as good as the demo. We've seen other sh*t come out already that looks close to the demo's graphical quality.

No way, the animations are just too much of a jump to be realistic. They might barely pull that look off, but there's no way it's going to be as fluid. Not to mention, it probably won't be anything over 20 FPS.

Wasn't it more of a target rendering? As in, that's what they hoped to accomplish with the final product?

And no, it won't match that video in terms of visuals...notably animations.
