It's not every day someone makes a thread about the weather. And nor would I if it were'nt for the fact that I am witnessing the heaviest rain storm I have ever seen in my life.

Seriously, it's pissing it down. I just stuck my head out the back door and theres so much water it's flooding the guttering around my roof and has ripped part of it down. A dustbin in my garden that was empty has collected about 2 feet deep of water in the last 10 minutes.

There's gonna be some major flooding around the river I can tell. My town is kinda on 2 big hills cut in half by a river valley. Glad now that I live in the town centre at the top of the hill, lol.

Shh... here comes the thunder... sweet, lightning's cool.

Last week we had quite a cool storm here, I went out to walk in the rain and enjoy the weather. The sky was beautiful and the atmosphere just great.

I'd beg to differ. I lived in a desert and it only rained 3 times in the last 8 months.
