Install your copy of XP onto the Mac with Bootcamp. Or use Appleworks. It has a drawing program which is the equivalent of Paint. If it didn't come preloaded on your Mac, download it. Or just use the ever-popular Gimp program.

I'm guessing he started with a source picture from the Wii version of Twilight Princess in which Link is right-handed.

Well, this was just the way I remembered it. I only used a screenshot later on, to fill in some details.
Man I loved that scene. :D Makes me want to play the game again.
