I've only ever heard "Naive" because they kill it on the radio, so it's grown on me in a catchy manor.

What I usually do to find new artists is I go to amazon and search for someone I like...in your case Modest Mouse...and take a gander at "customers who bought this item also bought." There are also a few sites that will more accurately find similar music...although their names all escape me aside from Pandora which never really helped me any.

Big fan of most of those. Just went to Of Montreal in concert a couple weeks ago. Belle & Sebastian is a bit more hit and miss for me but when it's good, it's damned good.
