Hey,
I'd like a video card that lets me connect my GameCube and Wii to my PC. I don't have a TV but I have a nice LCD screen which I want to use. There are a couple of games I want to play.
Is there such a card for less than $50? Help appreciated! I took a look but I'm not sure.... I've become a technoob in the last 2 years. :p

I'd snag an Adaptec AVC-1400 GameBridge if you're looking for the value solution (as opposed to getting a whole different video card). Make sure your computer already has the minimal requirements though.
well you wouldnt need a whole nother video card anyway. most video cards wont have that kind of input on em.
you'd be most likely getting a TV card. which most tv cards have thoes inputs. and much cheaper then a video card.
but i'd recommend what thatmariolover suggested. if thats all you want then thats a pretty good price for it.

Yeah that looks pretty slick.
But eh about USB 2.0... Sometimes I get a message that my USB stick could work faster if I plug it into a faster USB port. If I click it, it shows that I should have 6 'fast' usb ports.... but I don't know where, I'm not really sure I have it.
I'll try to find something like that in Holland, thanks. :)
sometimes they're picky about that. sometimes its a driver issue with the 2.0 ports. and sometimes oddly theres an option in the bios that has something to do with it.

Sorry, I'm no help here, I'm just curious -- what does LF stand for?

I could have used WTB :) Want To Buy. Is that WoW-language or more commonly accepted?
Thanks Null, I'll try to find out about that USB thing.
I've only seen the Gamebridge on German ebay, which would cost me €44 in total (euh well more than $60). >_<

Thanks, though I'll first check out some local stores to see if they can get it somehow. There were Dutch reviews of the thing so you'd expect it...
