Some really good proof along the lines of all armed force testimonies and video clips. Sometimes they do try too hard with some pics though (ie: the moon photos) and I believe rods have be proven to be fast flying insects. But still, all those retired vets and astronauts and describing the levels of secrecy within the government and things they've seen. Definitely worth a watch if at all interested in UFOs and the conspiracies surrounding them.
