It's a real game. Some of those pics on the first link seem to be mock-ups though. This is pretty common genre in Japan. Just now with DS and Wii can take it to another level.

I fail to see how this is a game for child molesters.

1) They are animated. Child molesters prefer real children, and real hands.
2) Is the age of the girls in the screenshots specified?
