View Full Version : My Strange Night Out

Last night, I went out with three other friends. We were going to go watch a movie (Scorpian King), but then we just decided to go to a restaurant (Montanas). So, we go to the restaurant, sit down, and order our food. We gave the waitress a hard time, because that is what we always do!:D. We all had chicken wings. Then, the bill for the food came, and it was one bill, even though we asked for seperate bills  .

This is where it gets kind of funny.

The bill was $49.79, and there was four of us. But, we only had three twenties and a ten dollar bill. So my friend Shane and Anthony put their money together to pay for half of the bill. So twenty was allready paid. Then my other friend asked the waitress to change a twenty. She did, and then we topped of the bill, giving the waitress a $0.30 tip.

Then, we went to the movies just to talk to some people. We then saw a waiter from Montanas come out and asking everybody if they saw us. He said that we were short $30!!!

So me and my friends hid from him, and talked to the people who the waiter talked to, to find out what he wanted. Then we were trying to figure out if we screwed them out of some money, or if they messed it up. Then my friend (who got change for the twenty) realized that he had a lot of money in his pocket. But, we all saw that there was $45 in bills, and a bunch of change oin the table. Then he realized that the waitress gave him a twenty, a ten and four fives as change, even though he just wanted four fives! So, it was the waitress' fault, and we wound up with an extra $30. hehe... that was a strange night!

Bad Joeiss! You didn't get hammered, pick up any hot chicks, or start a food fight..

What you did sounds like fun though :D

I personally would have given back the $30. That's just me though. That waiter probably had to make up for it with her own cash, and you should know that waiters make almost nothing to begin with. So she not only got a hard time, but had $30 stolen from her.

Yeah, it was the Montanas beside Silver City Richmond Hill. Oh, and the waitress' name was Bez. Damn that's an ugly name

Well, I do not know what I would have done if I was the one who got the extra money. You see, my friend got the extra money, so I don't really have control over him.

I don't have an admin position.

And I really meant what I told Joeiss. If you can read what he wrote, and say, "Joeiss, you're so cool! I wish I could do cool stuff like what you and your friends did!," then you're a gay loser too.

Did I make this thread to be "cool"? No. I made this thread to just say that I had a weird night. And I didn't really do anything... I just ate and gave a bad tip.

Oh, and PE, are you a waiter yourself? And do you cry whenever a waiter gets a bad tip? I think that might have happened a bit too much to you.

One day a girl at a supermarket gave me back about $10 too much, but I noticed it and gave it back.

The woman behing me in line said something like 'Well he's well RAISED!'. Such compliments can mean more than money.

*gets idea for new poll* Thanks Jason for the idea!

Edit: I didn't mean well educated but well raised.

What does being educated have to do with having good morals? You can have a PhD and still keep money that's accidentally given to you.

Maybe the lady wasn't well educated.... Or something.

She just probably wanted to say something nice, and "well educated" popped into her mind.
