The first paradox of gaming: the older you are, the more money you have to spend on game goodies. The older you are, the less time you have to spend gaming.

Is there an optimal age?

Life's just not fair.

The optimal age is, and has always been 15, ftw.

I'm assuming, but it's a good damn guess.

Umm... 8-14. That's what birthdays and Christmas are for.

I thought the older you get, the more free time you have, especially upon retiring :p

I know im playing games FAR less than I was 5-10 years ago. Very far less. So this makes a lot of sense.

If you really love games, you'll make time to play video games.

After college anyway, you should be able to rededicate some of your time to games...
