I want to use a voice-enabled headset with WoW. Outside of getting a headset, is there anything else I need to worry about?

How do I know which servers are voice enabled?

Do I need specific software outside of the headset?

Is that a new addition to WoW? People always had to use Vent or "Team-Speak" *shudder*.

WoW does not come with voice software integration. You must use a separate program such as Team Speak or Ventrillo. Frustrating, I know, but it's almost a relief to me. Blizzards servers have enough trouble without audio taking up bandwidth.

For small parties this can be a problem, but if you're raiding with a guild you'll generally find the guild has their own Vent or Teamspeak server they have their members connect to.
