Why is it that everyone else has this problem except me? Is this a vBulleting message or a server message? I completely disabled the load limit so see if that helps.

vBulleting I think. The layout loads etc, the forum just tells you it's busy.

I set the max users to 1000 (as if) and disabled the server load limit. We should never have been exceeding it in the first place.
