Makes a good point. Selling the classic controller separately since not everyone is going to have a wifi connection to download the games which is primarily what the controller is for. Much smaller than I thought to which is good. And the Z button placement continues to annoy. ;)

How will people get VC games without a wifi connection?

I don't like the classic controller, it looks uncomfortable for the simple fact there are no prongs :(

We'll see

It looks like an uncomfortable SNES controller. Maybe third party accesory makers will do better?

I don't like the location of the Z button and the lack of C buttons. The C buttons were cool, and I know one could argue that they could be replaced by just another joypad, but buttons and joypads differ quite a bit in my opinion.

However...i own a 64 so I'm way more interested in the older games.

Can you imagine playing OoT with that controller? Targetting with that Z button?

Please refine this controller for launch, Nintendo.

We already know the system has Gamecube controller ports. I have to assume you can use one.

the z button needs to be on the left, or also be on the left. all 64 games you hit with left index finger. how would you play star fox 64? barrel roll would be impossible.

but for the cube games, it needs to be on the right. *shrugs* they'll fix it.

Ah, I just realized...the pic from the press site has two z buttons on it...so perhaps one on show floor old model?
