who else has played this gem? I bought it once it became a greatest hits title, and it is pretty intense. good action combat, a nice cinematic feel, high production values...even a funny sex minigame. the sound is incredible, facing the hydras you can just hear them roar (especially nice with surround sound speakers).


I'll probably finish the game within the next month, and I am definately looking forward to God of War 2

after you sail to athens after beating the hydras, the two topless women in your bed ask for you to stay, and if you press whichever button is above them, he hops into bed and the camera pans away from the bed and focuses on the bedside table...and then you have to hit a series of buttons and the bed shakes and you hear how happy the chicks are...haha, it's stupid but funny and unexpected.
