When I was younger I used to sleep walk. I apparently smashed my head into my dresser and stayed asleep. Had a large bloody gash upon waking resulting in a nice little scar.

the only thing i can be guilty of is falling out of my bed. I remember one time I fell out of my bed and ended up breaking my arm, and stayed asleep.

do we have high pain tolerance when asleep or something?

I'm pretty boring I guess because I've never sleep walked or anything related.

i fell out of bed a few times when i was little, but i always woke up *shrug* nothing weird other than talking in my sleep sometimes...but that seems pretty normal.

I've never had anything cool or story-worthy with my sleep habits, but one time when I was about four and living in ontario, my eyes were welded shut from all the sleep that accumulated around my eyelashes and everything. I remember how so freaking painful it was to rip them open.

When I was a youngster, I had a bed guard to ensure no falling out of bed would occur. Like Dyne and JS, no exciting sleep action happens to me.

nothing really odd has happened to me. But i find it hilarious when i sleep on top of my arm and when i wake up my hand is frozen in that position.

one time i went upstairs to bed...had a strange dream about this kid that died after falling a number of stories out the window of an apartment, and then I wokeup in my livingroom on the main floor, sitting on the couch with the previous day's newspaper in my lap...one of the captions was "boy dies from 8 storey fall"

it still creeps me out when i think about it...i never understood what happened...i never had a history of sleepwalking or anything

another time i woke up, walked over to my window to shut the blinds, and the next thing i remember was lying down on the floor with a nasty bloody gash in my leg

Maybe you were abducted by aliens. Or just drunk the night before.

I sometimes have dreams where I'm falling, more like sky diving, and it doesnt stop, and I wake up exhausted and sweaty... dont know why though.

Never had anything weird happen to me aside from flipping completely.

ok since were doing more stories I may as well tell my other major story.
I was up in whistler at my grandparents condo and I decided to go sleep walking, and thus today we have the extreme sport "Sleep base jumping" I created the sport because I uh, fell off the top bunk of a the bed, then got up (still sleeping) and walked off a 7 step ladder hitting almost every step, and rolling down a flight of stairs. This is a sport for thoughs people who enjoy doing crazy things without experiancing adrenaline...btw did you know that when you sleep you open your sub-concious mind and its like exposing your computer to the internet. Thats why you randomly wake up thinking about certain things.

BTW i beleive that stuff that seals your eyes closed is from you crying in your sleep ^^

I've kicked and punched walls many times. It really, really hurts...ive only ever broken a toe once, and it was nasty, but most of the time it just hurts (a lot). Bruised hands and feet are not uncommon.

Yup I use to have that dream as well, i use to be alling in between 4 walls with red bricks on all 4 sides and I just to fall and fall.

The other one I use to have was when I was at the beach and the water was sucking me in from at the shore line and as much as I fought to get out of the water and when I did I had to climb this sand dune and I kept falling down back into the water.

Around that time I would usually wake up..... I haven't had any of those dreams since I became a Christian though. Which is cool.

At old and new, my parents were going to wake me when the firework started. I remember them waking me, me waking up, walking to the window very sleepily... Then my mother suggested I went back to bed, because I was so tired. So I did. The moment I lay down, I REALLY woke up, jumped out of bed, full of energy.
That must have been sleep running. :)

I sometimes dream that I'm falling and I wake up kicking in my bed. s
