So I'm sitting here, listening to Prodigy, enjoying my night before school, and eating this delicious Florida orange. And the stupid thing has a bunch of seeds in it...which would be alright, but each orange slice is like two and a half inches long, which is really small for an orange. So, I actually took out a small glass that is now being used as a spitting glass. I feel like a tobacco chewer. Anyway, good orange, bad seeds, good times.

And what the hell!!!! Didn't scientists figure out how to rid all oranges of seeds? This is an outrage and I'm calling up the agricultural commission and threatening to send them anthrax.

Yes...

Yes they did.

Its called a Navel Orange, and they've been around for a LONG LONG time.

If you have any questions about what they look like, go to the grocery store and get the oranges with thick, fleshy skins and that have bottom "buttons" that look like belly buttons. It sounds like you are eating a Valencia, which are tasty but they are mainly used for juicing.

My mom just bought a bunch of Sunkist oranges. Man, oranges are my favourite.

But they hurt my finger nails trying to open them. D:

Use a knife. Much cleaner. I hate oranges because of the mess they usually make. Sticky fingers suck. :(

I open oranges with my teeth.

Just to get it started anyways.

You bite into the skin, and just rip away a piece.

It's super easy to do, and I love how people give me insane looks when I do it. As if I'm some sort of trendsetter. Or moron.

But my favourite type of orange has to be Mandarin Oranges. The simplicity cant be beat in this day and age.

The best way to open an orange is with a spoon. Rip off the top and stick the spoon towards the bottom. It'll fall off itself.

Mandarins were in my top 3 fruit (together with bananas and apples), but then I discovered that they have the highest rate of pesticides in them.

I love opening oranges/tangerines in one pull. Then the skin looks like a big dong, complete with two balls. It never gets old.

I only eat oranges when they're cut in half. Then I go all vampire on them. I actually don't eat the orange. Too fleshy and stuff. It makes me feel like I'm eating a goldfish.

Like Typhoid, I start it off with my teeth.

Man...talking about orange peeling techniques with people from far away lands...

God bless the internet.

Turns out they were cleverly disguised Florida tangerines. Still really good...just with seeds and stuff. I don't buy the fruit in my house, otherwise I promise you I would get the seedless oranges. Oranges are so good. Probably my favorite fruit.

Ok.

You ate sushi before it was deemed popular to do so.

And you have influenced people to peel an orange in your unique manner.

I must keep an eye on you and your ways...

I bite grapefruits to get them started. But the rine leaves a quite bitter taste.

On a semi-fruit-based topic the Spartan apple was developed in the same town as my uncle lives.
