Welly, welly, welly...
I'm not sure how select the viewing is for this movie, there was only one theater with a showing in my area this week (I think it's going to go gold in more theaters this Friday), but if you can find a theater with a showing, go see it!
Pierce Brosnan is a hitman going through a midlife crisis, he basically befriends Greg Kinnear, and antics ensue. The story itself becomes a bit inane and unbelievable towards the end, and the ending comes on pretty fast, but I like to give credit to directors that shorten a movie rather than dragging it on forever. Especially when added length might ruin the awesome chemistry between the main characters...in this case, Pierce and Greg.
The movie has received mixed reviews on Rottentomatoes, mostly because the plot does stretch a bit thin at the end, and because the movie takes this huge stab at trying to convey a bit of principle. But never mind that, go see it for the awesome chemistry between Pierce and Greg, and go see it because Pierce Brosnan is hilarious in his anti-Bond roll.
