Oh my. Fox is establishing itself as my new least favorite franchise network. American Idol, season 204. 24, Jack's return from the afterlife.
God forbid they cancel Arrested Developement. If that happens, I think I just might buy a firearm and a map with directions to a few executive's houses.

Ok spoilers..
But Jack was never dead so how does he return from the afterlife?
I mean season 4 kind of left it open to be an ending or a beginning.,

Its not like you have to watch those shows... Do you know how much money American Idol makes FOX?? its ridiculous...If I was running fox id make American Idol 24 if it kept making me cash..
Have you ever watched 24?

I watched the first two seasons, yes. And a bit of the third, but after a while I decided the show was a bit too over-the-top to tolerate for 24 episodes.
It has it's moments, and it's not a bad show, but as the show/seasons progressed, it got more and more inane.
Oh my good God.... on both NSM coming back and the new season of '24.' I get chills whenever I see the trailer. The release of the game for PS2 won't be too far behind.
Me and Jack:

Just watched Season 1 marathon. Amazing, simply amazing. But I don't think I can catch up with 3 more seasons before it starts.

aww thanks guys! its good to be back for a little while haha
gekko im more than halfway through season 3.. I downloaded 1, borrowed 2 on dvd, downloaded 3, and saw 4 when it was on TV...so im basically all caught up
oh by the way...I used to have colored stars and was 1 of few with special names....im not special anymore :( haha
I do agree somewhat with KillerGremlin. The 4th season especially was kinda ridiculous. But I feel that Day 5 could be one of the best yet. It sounds like it has a better plot and David Fury (writer for "Lost") has joined the team.
I started watching during the 3rd season. I had always heard good things about the show and now that I had DVR I thought I would record and try it out. Day 3 was about a weaponized virus and for some reason I have a sick fascination with doomsday virus stories so I got into it. Now I own all the seasons on DVD.

What.. well there is no word's to describe today's premiere.
I mean it was just wow... I mean like wow.
I mean that is how you start off a season.
That is how you grab people's attention.
And this is why its my favorite show on TV.
Won't ruin the episode for anyone though. Though should of aired everywhere but the west coast so far.

Well, I'm semi-sold. I did man up and watch the show for a bit. I like the camera-work, Fox is throwing nice-sized money at this show.
Not as much as that one show though...the one that was like a million dollars each episode...Fastlane I think, the one with the blazing hot chick from Boy Meets World, and that one guy from Jerry McGuire. Yes, I'm too lazy to dig up names....they're in my head somewhere. I'd totally do that chick.

Done and done. Arrested Development was cancelled a week or two ago, I think. Adult Swim has even been running those little text jokes about it in between shows.

Oh god I hope you're playing a sick twisted joke on me...that was half my will to watch TV...it WON AWARDS!!!!! REAL AWARDS THAT MEAN SOMETHING!!!!
The best news is, it will get picked up. And the better news is, the show made some funny stabs at Fox in season 2. I'm going to buy the first two season on DVD, fosho. I just need to get a darn job.
Arrested Development is not cancelled yet. However, the last episode with the references to the cutbacks of their episodes were definitely prominent.
Saw it last night. Was pretty blown away with the first 20 minutes...totally did not see that coming.
More tonight! :D

this season owns
I loved the conclusion of the premier... Real good stuff.
been planning on borrowing my friends 24 on DVD to start from the beginning, but my Tivo recorded the first episode of this season accidentily. so i watched. now my tivo will be recording this one every week as well. and i'll still have to borrow the dvd's.
so many good shows on now i been having to stop my tivo from recording the reruns of older sitcoms because with all the new shows its recording i just dont have time to watch the older ones.
Well, i spend the past 3 days watching the complete first season on DVD. good show, good show. not the best first season of a show i've seen but its up there.
now i gotta get my hands on seasons 2,3,and 4.
I wish tho, there was an option to buy new shows on DVD right away instead of having to watch on TV, because i did this with alias seasons 1-3, and there is absolutly no better way to watch a show like this. altho its hard to sleep when you get to 3AM and an episode you were planning to end on ends in a cliff hanger forcing you to watch the next.

But yeah I know the feeling of having to watch 1 more
i know they're on dvd, thats why i said i have to get my hands on them, not wait for them to be released :P

Yeah, same feeling I get when watching Lost on DVD. Can't help it.
I need to get the first 4 seasons.

They'd be super expensive since the commercial advertisements would be losing money.
They already price shows on DVD higher because of money they dont get from advertisments.
some tv shows are upwards of $100 per season.
but, no doubt they'd make you pay more because your getting it even sooner tho.
but this is something that would never happen anyway, so since it would never happen, i will revise my wish.
I wish they'd come out months before it came out on TV and each season for $10, AND all seasons for the entire show released at once. :P

Er....
What shows are these?
