I'm sure this site is well known to you but I haven't seen a thread since for ever. Well, times change, and internet connections change too! How does your e-wang measure?

http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/

Mine is a 6646 kilobits per second upload, and a 949 upload. This is with Nintendo Wifi running both me and my brother.

Edit: To note, I'm on cable.

Well mine certainly didn't.

And the other two computers are online, along with my brother's and my DS on wifi.

...Why is my cable kicking the crap out of DSL? This is awesome.

Ha!! I'm only a tad slower than you, Jonbo!!

Upload Speed: 309 kbps (38.6 KB/sec transfer rate) :(

Well, I almost had you beat...

Then again, that's pretty good for a test 10mb/sec DSL connection; I should've never expected good upload speeds similar to downstream rates.

And since everyone else is making excuses, I'm on a 802.11b wireless home network (almost peaked, as you can see), with two other computers online, a wireless bridge hooked to my game consoles, NWFC loading opponents in MarioKart DS, and me running 3 FTP programs in the background.

Plus, it's on a mac, with obviously older Macromedia drivers than Windows.;)

if you press the back button in the browser, these tests will often screw up and give wacky results.. im not sure if thats because it already has the test download stuff downloaded or what.
