Ok, so this morning, we order an Xbox360 on Circuit city.com they had some, we ordered one. Just as we check out, we get our order confirmation, containing all the games and accessories in the bundle, but miraculously the Xbox 360 is gone. Well, what happened to it?
We call customer support. Some indian answers (surprise). We talk to them, they suck at customer support, and we ask for his name. He says (in a stong indian accent) "My name is Nel Victor". WTF
We call back later, get someone with a strong indian accent, ask him his name,
he says his name is "Steve Anderson" and he is in south asia.
WTF is up with them pretending to have american names? In the US it is the law to say your first and last name when on the phone (for customer service places, I used to work for one) Lying ass indians! This pisses me off. Not to mention, circuit city removing things from my order, and not telling me. Thats some bull****!

Did you get your order resolved or are you still trying to reach an american landed support agent ? lol
I remember calling to make reservations at a place called something like 'All American BBQ & Grill' cuz my family was in the mood for ribs and such. Who answers?? A indian with a reallly strong accent...
We got there our waiter was Chinese, a guy with a chef's hat and apron walks out of the kitchen to use the restroom.... this guy is spanish.
I know they all are American.... but I expected traditional Southern BBQ style with blue collars and rednecks LOL (no offense to anyone who is one...I could just call you Southerner...)

From Gamestop? For $1000?? Do you think you can make money reselling all that crap?
If you think you can (like, is there precedent from eBay?) I'd buy one right now.

Don't blame the Indians. Blame the folks at the top of the corporate ladders who are handing these jobs to people overseas instead giving them to the homeless and jobless people right here in the U.S.

The companies instruct them to use American names to make them sound "more American." Don't shoot the messenger.

Well the next time you call and they ask you for your name, throw something Indian at them like Abdul Jabar or Mohesif Karan. And say it in an American accent.
