Technically speaking second since there was a very brief clip of Metroid Prime 3 shown at e3.
Anyhow, I got this from
http://www.revolutionreport.com/index.php?act=articles&code=read&id=203
as well as
http://www.gonintendo.com/
Which according to the site, isn't really in development for Rev yet, they are using PC dev kits and hope to get over to Rev. They have yet to find a publisher for the game either, they have contacted NoE but they say it isn't on their radar let.
Anyhow, the game looks like your basic top-down shooter, but eh.
This look like in-game shots

Interesting. It'll be one of those games that is announced first but never released.
Anyone remember Picassio when it was first announced for the 'Cube? :p
Man, I'm trying to think how that would control.
So you'd tilt the controller down to shoot stuff?

I think you'd hold two controllers kind of like an airplane steering wheel. It may be one of those games where can connect the second 'hand controller' to the first one.

If its being developed with PC dev kits, I would think it would probably have a somewhat normal control scheme. probably with the controller shell attachment...

Why would anyone want to develop a game for Rev if they don't mean to use the controller?
I can really imagine those controls. Just hold your controller like it's the chopper/plane, press a button to fire. All you need.

It's actually being developed using a GC dev kit, keeping in mind the architecture of the Revolution.

Whoa. I didn't realize the name of this game was Raid over the River. And now that I look more closely it does seem like a prettier version of River Raid which was my favorite game for Atari 2600. I really hope this happens.

Anyone who's seen these screens and still hasn't made Project Revolution their absolute 'must-buy' priority of next year needs their head examined. This game is going to be right up there with Mario and Zelda in terms of absolute legend quality gaming. So far, this the best next generation game to appear out of every single console. The only games that could top this in the console wars would be a Mario or Zelda title.

They found a publisher.
Now lets see if the game doesn't become vaporware.
I wonder who's publishing it then? Hmmm.
