What's your favorite caffeinated drink or what do you drink when in need of caffeine?

Just Coke. No specific brand. Whatever we have. Which is usually the generic cola. That's alright though because I'm not a sodaphile.

I try to avoid caffeine though. It's all about the calcium!

I was under the impression that Coke is a specific brand...

As for me, Dr. Pepper all the way...

That's funny because I was under the impression that Coca-Cola is the specific brand of very popular cola, a carbonated soft drink sold in stores, restaurants and vending machines in more than 200 countries.

Unless you're referring to coke, the solid carbonaceous residue derived from low-ash, low-sulfur bituminous coal.

Or maybe you're referring to Coca-Cola's nickname, Coke. But would it make sense for you to slam me with a lack of specification when you yourself are using an unspecific nickname which also pertains to a type of residue?

first of all, stop being such a difficult prick

secondly, Coke IS a brand name...not a "nickname"

Well it is a nickname of Cocaine...perhaps he was referring to that? But since this is a drink thread he should of used either "white”, “yayo”, “snow”, "jackie", “blow”,"skeet", "that white bitch", "charlie", or “nose candy" instead of "coke" to avoid confusion.

I side with DH and Stu Perfecto in this debate.

If I need to wake up I usually just get a regular coffee. 1 cream, 1 sugar. Mmm mmm.

I have a Red Bull in my fridge. If I'm feeling less ill before Wednesday I will probably use it to stay up and write essays. I've never had one before. I'll probably tweak like nobody's business.

I drink some kind of soda, which I rarely do these days, it is usually a Sprite or a Jones Apple soda.

I inhale Dr. Pepper. I live off of Dr. Pepper. If I had to choose between Dr. Pepper and great sex, I would choose Dr. Pepper.

This is true.

Though I'm having a bit of an affair with Jones Root Beer right now. Oh god it's delicious.

Haha, yeah.

You have updated the Starbucks trips!

And you know they sell Jones at every corner store right?

Different varieties than Starbucks.

G&A has the Apple ones. Mmmm.

I went through my Jones phase already, back in grade 9. :p

That's hard to believe. There looks like there's a good handful of distributors for New York.

Oh god no, Vancouver (Downtown) has no distributer. :(

Thank god Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Richmond and Burnaby do though.

We shall be safe for a while.

Fountaine Coke from A&W or McDonalds is my favourite drink of all time.

Other than that, Coca-Cola Classic from a can, and I enjoy Dr. Pepper about 10 times a year.

Pepsi is my drink of choice on a regular basis. However, if I can't have Pepsi (like at restaurants) I will drink Coke or iced tea. I hate off-brand cola. The only off-brand sodas that I will drink are the non-caffeinated ones ... grape, orange, lemon-lime, root beer.

Sidenote: Mountain Dew is caffeine free in Canada, Australia, and several US States.

Then I don't consider it Mountain Dew at all. Maountain Dew is pure caffeine and sugar and yellew dye # 5.

Some kind of cola is my caffeinated drink of choice. Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Coke, whatevs...Though I certainly prefer high-end colas such as Boylan's Cane Cola, China Cola, or Fewntiman's Curiosity Cola...They are expensive and hard to find however...

Also, I'm getting really into the Starbuck's Holiday Lattes...

But none in NYC. :( Upstate gets all the good stuff. Jolt Cola isn't even legal in NYC (dunno about state)...I thought I won the lottery when I found it at a gas station near my old college.

Perhaps I should take quick trip to Long Island and find out how great this Jones soda really is.

My favorite used to be Citra but can't find it anywhere anymore. Now I have to settle for Diet Mountain Dew for when need a bottle on the road and then 12 pack of Diet Pepsi for home. And why diet you ask? I drink a 12 pack in 1-2 days...that's why.

You don't need to drink it for proof...Just look at the Holiday pack, and you will know that this company is awesome...

They don't have very much Fanta in the U.S. but it was everywhere in New Zealand and Australia during my trip. What the heck is up with that?

We have around 5 versions of Fanta here...

But now on topic:
I rarely drink coffee, and when I do, I mingle it with chocolat milk. Only when I'm at work and I'm tired.
I drink cola sometimes, preferably Coca Cola, but also the cheapest stuff there is.
