The holidays are finally upon us, and I wanted to wish everyone a happy and healthy thanksgiving, even all of you Canadians who apparently have a different one.
A few thoughts on what I give thanks for:
My health
My family
My friends
My girlfriend
My computer
My lack of political-correctness
My inborn brilliance
My humility
What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for:
My health (21 years and haven't messed anything up yet)
My job (no really, economic independence is excellent)
My self-control in not eating that extra pastry this morning (more room for tonight!)
My real friends (as opposed to the fake ones on the internet)
My education
Strangler's girlfriend (it's mellowing him out)

You have a job? What are you doing, may I ask?

I'm a case manager in the Superior Court of Delaware. Criminal division. Basically, that means I keep track of lots of papers and enter lots of data into computers.
I also play the role of clerk in courtroom proceedings. I mark evidence, note motions by the attorneys and swear in the jurors and witnesses formally take down the verdict as well.
It's pretty cool so far even if it doesn't pay enough to support my platinum statue hobby.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. :]
I'm thankful for my good health.
I'm thankful for my family and friends.
I'm thankful that we're not dirt poor and we can live with some luxuries.
Pretty much.. I'm thankful for all the good and all the bad..
Yep yep.. and I'm also thankful for the feast later today. :]

I sat in an empty house and ate two hard boiled eggs. Yay for Thanksgiving.

I guess someone had to make everypne feel guilty about enjoying the holiday. I was actually surprised it didn't happen sooner.

Hahaha. I totally would have posted this in the Canadian Thanksgiving thread if the picture existed then.

In a way, I'd take offence to that picture.
But I'm only 1/32nd Indian.
So I cant. :(

Happy Thanksgiving. :)
I'm grateful for an occasion for extended family members to bicker with one another.
En route to the relatives while at a store for a last minute food item, I heard a Canadian crack the line, "Happy Yanksgiving." If I didn't have to be somewhere, I would've served him up a helping of holiday fist.
