Hmm, only one that interests me maybe enough is Perfect Dark Zero but I doubt I'd enjoy it *as* much as the original.

Kameo might be a good rental but other then that, not a sports person so 3/4 of the lineup is eliminated anyways. The other games I can either get "free" for PC or dont care for

I'm pretty much the opposite of Jonbo here. I wanna get a good wack at Amped 3, NBA 2k6, Tony Hawk, and Madden more than anything else on that list.

I guess the thought of greatly improved graphics and physics engines intrigues me. More processing power means more realism, no?

Well if you've seen the latest vids of Madden, I think you'd say yes. The animations, lighting and graphics in general are lightyears ahead of the current product.

Plus, the menu system has been completely re-worked and the camera angles have been redone to go beyond the norm.

I'm looking forward to Condemned the most myself.

*checks Madden videos*...

..... holy crap you're right! And I was about to side with Darren on the issue of sports games and the few ports (NFS, Tony Hawk) not being upgraded much for 360...

Even still, the 360's launch lineup doesn't seem very amazing, which isn't really a big deal considering no console has had an amazing launch lineup...

I see one, possibly two must-owns and a few maybes...

no next gen consoles for me until holiday 2006 at the VERY earliest...most likely March-April 2007

PS2 will keep me happy until then

Actually, most of those games are launch window games, not launch day. Which basically means they could be available in stores anytime between the launch day and, oh, let's say January. In fact, the only game confirmed to be available on launch day so far is King Kong. All those other titles are still touting TBA dates on their respective official homepages, and the publishers haven't said anything yet.

I won't be buying one at launch simply because I can't afford it. If I had the money I would buy it and Perfect Dark Zero is the only game I care about on that list. Which will probably keep me busy until they release another game that I am intersted in.

Perfect Dark Zero Limited Edition? What a ****ing gimmick!

Now Tony Hawk 4, that's what I'm talking about.
