My friend gave me this link tonight when I told her I was "studying" for a test. Check it out:

PS: If this were re-written, it would need to include Check Gametavern, See if someone responded to your thread, etc

I'm currently working on one of two term papers.

My one I'm doing right now is a five pager for history class.

I made a schedule of the next eight days for how much i should get done each day to finish everything on time and then taped it on my wall.

Why this works well is because when I see I've surpassed my day's goal I feel motivated to keep going and get a fair chunk of my next day's load done. This keeps the stress off because it keeps me insured that I'll get everything done on time.

I usually do the lying on the floor thing.

I always play with my dog when I get tired of typing and thinking. If I lay on the floor randomly she'll always come over and start playing with me.

Liar.

You do this one:

Complain to everyone that you didn't get any sleep because you had to write that darn paper.

I was sent a variation of that list when I was in college and at first I thought it was real. I got down to the part about how you should buy a hamburger to help you concentrate and I thought that was kinda weird since fatty foods have the opposite effect, but whatever. What clued me in was the repeat of the sitting in a well-lit place with plenty of freshy-sharpened pencils' line. So yeah.
