What a week....

Well, as some of you saw I was going through some *stuff* last week.

It wasnt Gastroenteritis I guess.

Basically: Small intestine was twisted in one area. There was a perforation (like a tear or opening) behind my appendix. They didnt even know those problems existed til I went under the knife. So I guess it was a good thing I was paranoid enough and went back to Doctor's last week. Although that entire week was one helluva *ride* I gotta say. No internet...feel like crap, only TV but thankfully it was cable.

Now at home resting but not 100% normal. Yay staples on stomach >_>

Anywho...anything big in terms of gaming news I missed? When your without internet for nearly a week, its hard to sift through whats important

I had a bad last week too. I had a common cold and congested chest. And every day I didn't start my homework until late at night. That just made my ailments worse. Now I feel better though. I'm glad you've been cured. Now spend this week at home resting and indulging yourself in life's simple pleasures. And don't go back to that god-awful company you work for. The stress of that place probably caused your intestine to writh and twist in disgust and agony.

Good to hear you're ok now. From what I've heard, 6 hours is enough to kill you when your intestines get twisted. You were lucky!

Well, I've had the illness since before last one Friday so dunno if it was 6 hours before discovered :p I think it was just a small twist

But the doc isnt sure how it got twisted. He said it almost always just happens in animals but can't figure out how or why it happened to me.

I dont think it was stress related but who knows...

I had my appendix removed in grade 6.

What if the appendix was a major organ that people needed? We would suddenly be looking for compatible appendix donars and trying to get our names on the appendix transplant waiting list. Crazy man, crazy.
