Can it be discussed openly, without consequence, or is it a word straight from the depths of hell!?
just wondering....

Well... As far as policy goes...
We don't endorse hacking, but if you want to discuss it on the forums with everyone... Go ahead. All the same, blatant hacking threats ("I'm gonna hack this place," and "I'm gonna hack that place") probably won't get you very far either (As in, we'll clamp down on people doing that).
As for talking about it though... Sure, why not?

I think it's funny how Ric goes onto people's computers and changes the password on their screensaver then activates it. :D

Hacking is not a good thing, I use is as and when I have to and the occasion is rare. I do not believe in destroying something which another human being has spent a lot of time and effort on, 'dats not nice'.
Like I said, the guy deserved it.

hacking isn't "destroying" anything. here is a definition of a hacker that i found...
someone who infiltrates and explores various operating systems for the sole purpose of expanding his/her knowledge and satisfying his/her insatiable thirst for information

In other words Someone who screws you over.:D
And if we catch any hackers around these parts....we hang em by the balls, yes sir, then tie them balls to a horse and let's the horse run wild on a bumby road..then we put the person in some cold water and.......well you get the idea youngin;)

Without hackers, computer games today woudl eb about the level of oooh say 1992.
Hacking rocks.
Cracking sucks.
There's a rather important difference.
