INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Parole Board voted unanimously Friday against a death-row inmate's request that his execution be delayed so he can donate part of his liver to an ailing sister.

That is really sad. Why would they risk the chance of his sister dieing for no good reason? Lame...

Well.....think about it for a second.
Sometimes procedures can go on for weeks, those are weeks that he could be busy being killed. And while he is in the hospital, he could escape, and his sister could be in on it.
Although, that would take alot of planning, and bribing of the Hospital.
