MoSys Inc. announced today, in its Q1 2005 investor conference call, that they will be supplying embedded 1T-SRAM for the Nintendo Revolution. They also let loose info regarding it's target release date:

"During the quarter we announced that NEC Electronics will now use our 1T-SRAM embedded memory technologies on their advanced 90nm process, and that the initial designs to be incorporated in SoCs will be used in Nintendo's next-generation game console, codenamed Revolution," said Voll. "We are excited to be a participating member of the Nintendo team once again as Nintendo will roll out its successor game console to the GameCube in mid-2006."

So its good and bad. At least its coming early next year. Gives time to flesh out the GC one last time

So probably the fall then...Late summer Japan, Barely in time for Xmas US, late 2007 Europe, 2021 Australia.

Same thing as GameCube, September Japan launch, November US.
